All treats are handmade, therefore please allow up to 4 business days dispatch time on all orders unless specified otherwise. This does not include the postage time which for standard delivery is usually 3-5 business days.

We post via Royal Mail and although the noted delivery time is 3-5 days on the Royal Mail website this may take longer due to circumstances that are out of our control such as Royal Mail delays or local issues.

All orders are sent Royal Mail tracked.
